Although Jon Benson explains the exercises in great detail, still with exercises, especially if you’re a beginner it’s hard to understand how to properly execute them just by reading words. Yes pictures are provided in the guide, but you really need to see the exercises performed live to fully understand how to do them.
If you buy the manual via the 7 minute muscle site the videos come included. But if you bought the guide via the 7 minute diet site, then be prepared to fork out another $20 bucks for the videos.
The videos are a great help. They clarify what you learn from the guide. You get to see Vince Del Monte (another body building guru) who personally goes through and explains the exercises with you. Actual guests help demonstrate the exercises.
After you see the videos you will better understand the 7 minute muscle system and you’ll be ready to do the workout yourself.
